Samsung closed its last factory in China in March to reduce production costs. But South Korea's tech giant has had to face difficult situations to buy the raw materials available. So again, Samsung has decided to make Samsung's smartphone in China. However, it will create China's Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) WingTech.

The company also has a separate plan after the Chinese start up again. In a statement, Samsung said that Samsung will make 5 million devices by 2021. WingTech will create around 1 million devices. The Galaxy A series will have more devices in it.

Huawei, Xiaomi and other phones were made by WingTech. The company used to make Samsung's phone once. Originally, China's contractor could make low quality phones, so Samsung's initiative.
